May Challenge

Here is my first entry to Kitchen Keepsake May Challenge.  For this month we are working on any past challenges that we have not completed.  At the end of the month a winner will be selected thru true random generator.  This is my first submission.  It is January Sketch Challenge.  It is my Menudo recipe! It was my first time making it!  This soup freezes well.
