Birthday Card for my Son

Here is the card I made for Jorgie.  We went to visit him this weekend and celebrated his birthday.
It seems it was just yesterday when I was planning his first birthday party! All of  a sudden he turned twenty!

I used CTMH superhero themed paper.  The 3D stickers are from Micheal's.

The card measures  about 6x8.

Here is a picture of us at the bowling alley.  I miss my baby!

Rodeo Girl Mini Album

It's finally done!  My mini album for Briegette.  I used Rodeo Girl Paper from Hobby Lobby.
The binding technique is Laura Denison's stack the deck.  I bought the country western charms at my local bead and charm store.

A Box For My Mini

Here are some pictures of the box I made for my mini album! I found the box at the Dollar Tree store. First I pulled the lid apart to cover it. I used the same paper collection I used for the album. It closes with a magnet.

Crop Challenge #2 Flashback! by Deborah 

There were so many wonderful challenges posted in 2012 by the forum members, the members of the Design Team and by the Guest Designers. All of these challenges are so inspiring.  The challenge was to take a look back at all of the challenges that were posted in 2012 and choose one that you did not complete.  There were over 40 challenges posted!!! Is that a ton of inspiration or what? 

I chose Sherri's September challenge, Let's Get Manly!  Create a masculine page.

Continuamos con el Maraton de Ideas en Divas In Recycling.  Este es la propuesta de Sandra.  Se hace con papel encerado.  Ella nos dio el tutorial para hacer el papel y yo hice un sobre con uno de los papeles para esta tarjeta de San Valentin.

College Survival Kit

As you may know, my oldest baby is now in college. I made this little kit for him before he left for his second semester. My inspiration was a project from My Scrap Chick . I bought some of her svgs for it but ended up using all cricut cartridges. I'm sure I'll use the files for something else.
I added a large eyelet with my Crop-a-Dial  to each item and put everything on a steel ball chain.

Memory Jar- Divas in Recycling

Today I'm participating in an Idea-Marathon.  We will be creating a different project everyday of the month starting today!  Here is my project:

A Memory Jar. We will be writing down events and daily happenings, everyday blessings or something that made us smile on paper and saving them in this jar. Also, ticket stubs or small souvenirs can go here. At the end of the year the jar can be emptied and read.
