Library Pass

This weekend we went to pick up my son to Georgetown, He was there with an NHI program.  On the way back I created a library pass for my classroom using the Hello Kitty Cartridges, ( I wasn't driving)  and the Design Studio.  As soon as I got home I cut it and put it together I still need to laminate it.  Here it is:

Jerry's trip to Washington and N.Y. Scrapbook

Jerry went to Washington and New York with his 8th grade class.  It was an amazing experience for him.  He took lots of pictures, this is my good son(LOL).  I finally started his scrapbook.  Hopefully I'll be able to finish it before the summer is over and I have to go back to work. 

For  both  pages I used CTMH paper (Route 66),  U.S. travel paper pad by paper house productions, SU and Bazzil.

Card Connection

I participated in the Card Connection at the Memory Garden Shoppe.  The event was Saturday here are the cards that we made:

This is my card.  It is a free standing pop out card with a Popcorn the Bear Stamp( School Days).   The stamp set is so cute, I wanted to include all the images.  So I also made a book mark using a little Souffle stamp.

Isela made a Z-card using Robots Cricut Cartridge. Christine made a Beehive popupcard using Walk in my Garden.  Jean made a Thanksgiving card using Stretch your Imagination and Lyrical Letters.  Carol was birhtday card, she used Serenade to cut the flower.

Iliana's sister made a small tag, Susie's card says life is a breeze, she added some bling.  Annabel stamped and completly heat embossed the flowers and leaves, the sentiment was also embossed.  Iliana's card looks delicious, we used markers, stikles and Liquid Pearls to color and decorate it.

Adriana's card uses the new stamps from Scrappy Moms, available at Memory Garden, and she showed us how to make the pleated flower.  Iliana also brought us this beautiful birthday card, it is heat embossed using a metallic embossing powder.

Well, here it is, my first video tutorial!  I hope you like it. I'm enjoying coloring with my Bic Markers. They are so affordable and I like the results.

Gift for Teacher

I have been working on some gifts for some of my teacher friends.  They are not ready yet.  They are some jars filled with goodies.  As soon as I finish them I'll post them.  In the mean time, I wanted to share the  step cards that I made for my friends and for Jerry's teachers last year. This is the one for Mr. Cepeda.  Jerry's Technology Systems teacher.

Healthy Snack Jar

I decorated this jar with Close to my Heart Football Stamp Set using Stazon black ink.   I filled it with some healthy snacks for my husband to taketo his office.  I added an acrylic tag, I used a Martha Stewart rub on.
The Sour Cream Package has Trail Mix, It is one of the items inside the jar.  I also pust some almond packs, sugar free Life Saver mints, and granola bars and beef jerky.
